Short-Term Missions

Mission teams have been sent out from Big Bear Christian Center over the last 20 years touching Asia, Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Europe, Norway, Latvia, Ukraine, Mexico,Thailand, Central America, Kenya, Tanzania, and many others. Over the years many have come to realize the importance of missions because of their personal experience on the field. Today they are significant supporters of the missionary effort.

At the present time there are mission opportunities in Mexico City, Indonesia, and Kenya. If you have a desire to go on a short-term mission trip to one of these areas please e-mail the church office or talk with your Lighthouse Keeper.

On average, mission trips are from ten days to three weeks and the cost is approximately 1,000 to 3,000 dollars depending on the trip. Additional costs are part of the details of each trip.
