Looking for Help?

All of us need help from time to time and we are glad you decided to ask for some.

Getting to know Jesus, God’s only Son, is a process like getting to know a friend. It is important first to believe that He loves you and wants to get to know you also.

Next, association is important. You need to find some other like-minded people to be with on a weekly basis as they pursue a relationship with Jesus too. This will help you tremendously!!

Check out our Lighthouse groups – they really help! They’re not BIG groups, just 3-15 people with a common purpose to grow closer to Jesus and help others do the same.

The leaders, we call them Lighthouse Keepers, have access to a good book that you could have (free) that covers some basic things you want to know, so call one today. Plan to stop by Big Bear Christian Center for one of our Celebrations where you can meet others who would love to help you.

Above all this, PRAY! Talk with God about everything and anything that is important to you. As your best friend He can help directly. No thing is too small a thing to bring up with your best friend, right?

If you have a Bible, begin reading the Gospel according to John (in the New Testament). There is a table of contents just like in other books, so jump in and find it. Especially take note on chapter 3 and 14.
