Giving to Missions

At Lighthouse on the Mountain we have maintained a strong posture in financial support for missions that expand the kingdom of God around the world. We give 10% of all general funds to missions outside of ourselves. This happens before our own utilities, salaries or other church needs are met. Commitment to supporting others first has always met with God’s heart and He takes good care of us too!

Here are the regular monthly amounts in which you may have interest:

Pastor support in Mexico:
Texcoco, Mexico = $300/month
Cuatro Vientos, Mexico = $100/month

Support in Kenya:
Overseer of Kirinyaga district churches, Embu, Kenya = $100/month

Support in Indonesia:
Wings of Peace Ministries (currently serving Indonesia) = $300/month

Support of ministries within the United States:
Forerunner Ministries, Minneapolis, Minnesota = $100/month
Focus on the Family = $100/month
Full Armor Ministries/Our Time Together = $100/month
“Power to Change”, Jason Frenn Ministries = $200/month

Local Support:
Prayer Director for Big Bear Valley = $400/month
Big Bear Foursquare Food Pantry = $100/month

Our visits to these countries occur annually and funding for trips is ongoing:
