The Big Bear Valley

We believe that the Big Bear Valley is chosen by God as a place of spiritual renewal and refreshment. Many activities are available from camping to annual events, such as car shows, concerts, performing arts, sports events, fishing, skiing, resort hotels, weekend cabins and various Christian camps.

In our wonderfully accessible mountain/desert community 7,000 feet above sea level you can walk and talk with Jesus in the San Bernardino National Forest on hundreds of miles of trails, including the famous Pacific Crest Trail.

Road Conditions
Although Big Bear is known for its beautiful weather, it is always a good idea to check on the conditions of the roads before you start your trip! When traveling in the mountains during the winter, it is required that you carry snow chains that fit your vehicle, not to mention it's just plain smart!
